Maintanance of building are essential to ensure the ongoing value of an asset,especially historical building .Main elements in maintanance include regular inspections, prompt attention to repairs and a cleaning program. Spending small amount of money to maintain the condition of building can avoid expensive repair work and minimise the hidden risk of deteriorated bulding.



People often strive to be the best, compete with the rest, resulting in isolation from the community. They have high opinion of themselves, making them refuse to cooperate with their peers.

I have a fun afternoon today.We went to E48 at 5 pm and then we took the school bus to the school's palaestra.Some boys played basketball and some girls played netball.We cheered for them.I took some pictures.We smiled happily.I really enjoy my life in Universiti Sains Malaysia!
